Returns- At this time due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we cannot accept returns. Should you be unhappy with your purchase or decide that the style isn't for you, contact us to make an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

 

Repairs- We guarantee the quality of our products, and accidents happen despite our meticulous quality check procedure. Don't feel bad about sending it back- it can happen to any jewelry, whether hand-crafted or not. We want to make it right. Should an item become broken or damaged within 6 months of purchase, we will repair the item at no charge. Should an item become broken or damaged after the 6 month time period, a small re-stringing fee will apply.

 

Production + Shipping- All of our designs are one-of-a-kind, however, some are already made and some are made-to-order. A style labeled 'made to order' can take up to 10 business days to ship, totally depending on the time of the year and how many orders are ahead of yours. Orders that contain only one-of-a-kind items will ship within 3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. We do our best to send out your order as soon as possible, but please email us before placing an order if you need it by a certain date or to receive it quicker. Additional rush charges may apply. We ship via USPS First Class mail several times a week.
